Please join us on Wednesday for a PTO meeting at 5:30 pm. We will discuss many changes and exciting things happening with PTO this year. Vote on Officers and Chairs. Hear about our ideas and goals on how to support WHAM, and you tell us yours! All parents and guardians who attend will earn a Free Dress Pass for their child! Children are welcome. We will also have more of the Used Uniforms available for $1. If you are interested in being a WHAM PTO officer or chair, we are looking for nominations for the role of Secretary and for Chair of the Helping Hands Committee.  The girls worked on the World of Girls Journey (badge set), and interacted with pen pals from a different timezone. Since they started working in the spring, right around the daylight savings time switch, they had many conversations about time and thought a sundial might be a fun way to commemorate their work and enhance the school's playground.
The sundial is interactive - when the viewer stands on the correct date, his/her shadow will indicate the time. The girls began the project by orienting the sundial to true north (learning about compasses), measured and marked the concrete space, and painted the numbers on the dial themselves. They used their cookie money to pay for the paint! They hope their fellow students enjoy this project. Thank you Girl Scout Troop 10233! Welcome Back to WHAM

 In an effort to keep you fully informed about daily bus departures, we have added a bus departure Google form to our school website. This form will be updated daily with approximate departure times.
